Ranger profession released today, so now we have one profession from each division. Rangers are presented to be the bow-slinging, pet-charming nature lovers that have come to typify the archetype. Once again, we're given 5 videos demonstrating various skills such as Barrage, where a hail of arrows flies down onto your enemies, Spread Shot, where you can fire multiple arrows at once, and Whirling Defense, actually very cool in that you're able to reflect your enemies' fire back at them. Another skill involves calling on birds to storm down and peck an enemy to death.
All of these are strikingly animated and resound through your speakers in exquisite detail. The artists seem to have also made it look so cool to be walking around with a bear at your side. I'm not planning on playing a Ranger, but there looks to be a lot to love this time around!

Only 3 professions released and I still don't know what I want to make! All 3 look incredible! With Rangers, I tend to prefer a more sneaky, snipery rogue style, and there's 2 more adventurer classes so I doubt I will make a Ranger, but it looks like a VERY versatile class.
That leaves both Warrior and Elementalist, both of which I enjoyed very much in GW1. I'm excited to see the other "soldier", but I think the Elementalist is very high on my list of priorities. Especially with the versatility to use all the elements.
Speculation at this point: I think the other "soldier" will either be a paladin/templar/cleric (smiting/protecting) or a berserker, I think we're looking at a Rogue/Assassin as one of the adventurers, and the other casters will be a necromancer/mesmer hybrid, and a druid/ritualist. The only thing I have no guess at is the third adventurer class. Something similar to dervish, or maybe an engineer with a guns focus? A spoony bard?
