High level players will be "debuffed" when participating in lower level events. At first glance, this seems like a cheap shot to high level players, but what a great way around the powergaming problem created yesterday. If I'm level 5, I won't have to worry about someone who's level 20 taking all the fun away from me. Plus, I would imagine this will keep high level characters/powergamers out of low-level zones, unless they really have a desire to replay the adventure.
