Not "released" yet, but confirmed on Character Creation menu in the GW2 demo!
Character portraits look hot, and developers mention that there will be even more detailed customization in the final game.

Update (8/23/2010): Necromancer skills include Doom Skill, Life Syphon, Putrid Explosion, Grasping Dead and Locust Swarm. This looks like an awesome class for someone who wants to do things differently!
